Fixing Sql and C# bugs

My business offers data checking services such as credit checks, anti-money laundering (AML) check and more.
We have a license from Equifax to supply these products to our customers. Equifax supplied me with an API key to connect to their services.
I employed a developer to setup a Mysql table and integrate/create the API key needed for connection, hosted in my fasthosts web package. This table receives information, verifies it, and if correct, sends it off to Equifax, who run the check, and then return a completed report to the e-mail address specified when submitting data to the Mysql table.
I then had another developer build me a desktop application (Using C# and Bunifu I believe). This desktop application allows clients to securely login, browse the products we offer, select a product, which takes them to a form page, form page is filled in with relevant information. When the user goes to pay, this form information is submitted to the Mysql table and then sent off to Equifax, returning to the e-mail address specified in the submitted form data, the report (the product that was purchased).
Now, the developer I used for the Mysql integration did a great job, but is currently in America and without time for any other work.
The developer I used for the desktop application was doing a great job, but after the last payment and set of revisions, went amongst the missing, I have the source code, and the application connected to the Mysql database, and working correctly.
So I am now looking for a developer to fix a few issues I am having with these two projects combined. I do not believe they are complex issues, but beyond my skillset. I feel like I am at the end of completing my project, but need these issues fixed before I can start rolling the service out.
