Fix a telegram bot desktop application build using .net c#

Looking for a developer to fix bugs in telegram bot which is a desktop application developed using c# .net framework and uses GitHub project library for telegram api the application performs below listed features :
1. logs in telegram account in the application
2. sends a message to list of telegram users imported
3. adds members in a telegram group
4. extracts a members of a group to a text file
5. you will be required to add an keygen project to verify the licenses to this application(source code of this project is included in the attachments)
