Fix WPF User Control in cooperation with manager - URGENT

I have a user control who is box that user can put information in the field. Also the user control should have description text. But in the making-phase there was some mistake were made. Wee need to set the description text and put text field inside the user control in right place.

Wee also need to make similar user controls with integer and decimal values.

Any takers?
