Fix / Rewrite outdated GTA5 FiveM Client /Server code on C#

I have server + client + database (RP Server) on my hands I need someone to help me fix / rewrite outdated code (standalone server).
Issue with .Net version / outdated FiveM Natives / and syntax errors
The goal is to make server working again.
