Fix C# Handle Function

I need a C# developer to enhance my existing project. Currently, the handle function needs adjustment to detect all open Power BI projects. Similarly, it must utilize a method to return visual and measure columns for a ChatGPT query, which is currently displayed in a bottom listbox. The Measure and Visual column extraction method is already implemented in the project.
