Fix Azure SignalR for Whiteboard App

I'm having trouble with a Microsoft Azure Collaborative whiteboard app. The app deploys correctly but throws an error: "Group message [374030336528482311] was not received because there's no active connection in group [draw]." I need help fixing this issue on my Microsoft account.

The error seems to indicate a problem with Azure SignalR configuration or the front-end code. I suspect that we need to check the SkipNegotation option and possibly disable or delete it to connect and use Azure SignalR normally.

I am relatively new to Microsoft Azure and have limited knowledge about its configuration. I've already tried some troubleshooting steps but they didn't work. I need a professional who can quickly diagnose and fix the problem.
