Finish a form with 4 Inputs, SQLite database and a counter. (Autoplay Media Studio - Lua)

I need a form with 4 inputs (Name, email, data 1, data 2), a button to send this data to a SQLite database located in the Windows folder of my computer and a click counter (adds +1 each new record of data)

* Made within Autoplay media studio (Lua language)
You don't need to focus on the interface, just make sure the buttons and functions are functional.




important:

COUNTER: Show in the counter the number of times that information has been entered over time / I mean the times I have clicked. I guess that number should be stored in the database so that each click on the button adds one unit to the last value.

DATABASE: It must be created in this location: C: \ Windows \ Data and if it has a password it would be better

BUTTON: adds information to the database and adds n+1 to the counter ONLY if all the data is complete, otherwise a message that the data needs to be filled
