C# Find SSN in a string

I need a c# class that will find every instance of a Social Security Number in a string. This is a pretty simple class I just do not have the time to write it. The patter is 999-99-9999. Needs to look for numbers in that format in string and return every occurrence that is find. Must be .net 4.8! Thanks and good luck bidding!
