File/Directory Copier

I'm looking for a freelancer to develop a file/directory copier that will copy the entire directory from a specified source and save it to a local drive. I need the copier to keep the same file/folder structure of the source in the target location. This is to ensure that no organization gets lost during the transfer. The developer should also make sure that the copier functions optimally, without any errors or glitches. If possible, the copier should also be able to handle large amounts of data efficiently. It also needs to perform similar to TeraCopy. I have the code that I need transferred in WPF, but need it coded in C# WinForms. I also have the Win32 Api for the Teracopy-like function for accessing the paste event handler in Windows Explorer.
