Fidelio PMS & SQL Integration

I'm looking for a professional who can create a service application that interfaces with the Fidelio Property Management System (PMS) with sql db over TCP/IP and/or COM
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a service applicationalong with service config tool in C# that connects with the Fidelio PMS
- Store received data into sql db; mainly room commands info needed to control room status.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Fidelio PMS/FIAS
- Proficiency in hospitality system integration
