FaceID authentication

We are a marketing agency looking for someone who is expert in IT and could find a solution how can we save face ID verification on a website platform so there will be no need to use face ID everytime you log in and there will be possibility to log in also through PC. If there is any other solution how to breakthrough the face ID verification we are opened for suggestions. When we have this issue just one employee of our company can log in to an account and we cannot use other person. Thanks.
