Face Recognition using OpenCV in C#
Budget: €750 – €1,500 EUR
I want to be able to use Face Recognition in my projects and would like a sample application built in c# Core 3.X or .Net 6.
The application should be able to take a group of photos of the same person and build a profile for that person so that when i send in another picture it should be able to tell me who it think it is using a score or percentage.
So for example: If i send in a picture i should get the top 5 candidates and a score
Person C: 75%
Person A: 40%
Person G: 30%
Person K: 15%
Person X: 2%
If the picture is of Person A and I confirm that the profile should be updated to better recognize that person.
The profile must be savable to disk so it does need to learn a person each time.
The project must only use OpenCV and c# unless it is a component with a license that can be used for commercial use (so not EmguCV etc).
As mentioned above I only need a sample application with an implementation., I am a senior developer in c# but have not yet worked with face recognition before and just want something working that I can implement into my other projects. I know there are tutorials for other languages that can be translated but I don't have the time to do this and just want something that is working in the correct language for me and built properly by someone who knows this subject.
