C# & C++ Expert Needed for Windows App

I am seeking an experienced C# and C++ developer to create a Windows application/service.
Key Features:
- The application/service should log into a computer using a specified remote username and password.
- The login happens only once.
To confirm this for the local desktop login, not a remote desktop login. So the program can be used in a school setting to automatically login a number of computers at once. It needs to work with latest version of Windows 10 and Windows 11. I understand this will need to be a custom credential provider.
Ideal candidates should have:
- Strong proficiency in C# and C++.
- Previous experience in developing Windows applications/services.
- Understanding of secure coding practices.
Note: There is no requirement for the application to perform any specific tasks post-login.
