Expert in ASP.NET, C#, Oracle client, Oracle , Entity Framework, Web app

I need help with a web app built using Visual Studio. We are having trouble running the application and the app uses wntity framework to connect to Oracle db but we want to remove the dependency on Oracle client. Is there any way we can run the app using Visual Studio by removing the need to install Oracle client on our system. Bcoz when we run the app certain dlls are needed and we dont want to intsall oracle client.
