Existing C++, C# file transfer

We have a file transfer program that has an unexplained bug in it. The program sends and receives files. Larger XML files are missing tag. Not all the file is broken just parts of it. We need someone with extensive c++ and C# experience to look at this. We need someone that can work on it now. Good luck bidding.
