Excel Automation Tool Development
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking for a Windows-compatible software to automate an Excel task. The software should:
- Read values from Excel File 1, specifically from Row 1, Column A.
- Search for those values in Excel File 2 (which should be opened on the same computer).
- Select all matching values from Column A of Excel File 2.
- Create a new Excel File 3, titled with the corresponding value from Excel File 1, Row 1, Column B.
- Save Excel File 3 in the same folder as Excel File 1.
- Repeat the process for each value in Row 1, Column A of Excel File 1.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in developing Windows applications.
- Familiarity with Excel automation.
- Experience with Python, C#, or Java (preferred but not mandatory).
- Knowledge of relevant libraries such as Microsoft Excel Interop or OpenPyXL.
