Employee evaluation App
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Looking for an application for Employee evaluation. The employees will be evaluated for various aspects. The Evaluation search screen should have the option to filter by evaluator and Category and completed/not Completed status.
The Employee table should be a separate table in the database with Empl ID, Employee name, Birthdate , Hiredate , Address, Phone and three extra text fields.
We should be able to create a report of evaluation done by a Evaluator for a date range . Pi chart of Category with result , Detailed report for a data range.
Looking for C# front end and access /ms sql back end with source code.
