Email server in C#

We want an email server, that should only recieve emails. It should never send an email.
The code will be part of a bigger project, where we would like to be able to recieve emails and then store the email and the attachments.
We shoud also not connect to the email server from a client.
So the email server just have one purpose. To recieve emails and the them in SQL-Server
