C# Email Service with PDF Attachment

I need an experienced C# developer to update a Windows service to improve email functionality. The task includes:
- Updating the existing program to send an email with an attached PDF
- Integrating SQL database queries to generate this PDF
- Designing a process that converts the results from the SQL database stored procedure into PDF format before emailing
The ideal candidate will have strong understanding and experience in C#, .NET framework, Windows services, SQL database management and converting SQL queries to PDF. Knowledge of email systems and attachments will be a significant advantage.
While this project focuses on a specific update, there may be potential for continuing collaboration depending on the successful completion of this task.
