Email SEND application for Windows 10 in C# and Visual Studio Community

Application:
- Email SEND ONLY application for Windows 10.
- Application accesses a CSV file with 3 columns: company_name,person_name,email_address
- Application accesses a Text file that is the BODY of the email: body_text

Email format:
- Email address: email_address
- Subject line: company_name
- Email body first line: person_name
- Insert comma(",") after person_name
- Insert two blank lines
- Email body 3rd line: body_text
