Edit client files and setup hosting for fanmade mmo

I have game files for a small mmo. The client source code and sql files are intact but I only have the server exe file. What I need is for someone with experience in C# to edit the paypal link in the client source code. Next I need the client and server files set up and hosted on my dedicated server.
