Edit .NET WPF Setup.exe

I need a developer to modify a .NET WPF setup executable. The exe launches a simple dialog box that includes some text, three logos, and one button linking to a file.

Requirements:
- Minor edit to body text in the dialog.
- Remove one image.
- Change aspect ratio of one image.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

- Proficiency in WPF/BAML editing
- Experience with dnSpy or similar tools
