ERP Integration using C#/.NET

This project consists to make an implementation of the ERP: SAGE 50C API on a eCommerce project.
This eCommerce website is developed in PHP, and needs to communicate all transations, products and stock levels in real-time with a SAGE webservice that needs to be created.
SAGE provides all documentation for his 50C API on a github project with a quick walkthrough for setting it up and running.
Currently the SAGE 50C API needs to be properly set up on client domain, and we need to make sure that everything meets the clients requirements.
Setup needs to be done in C#/.Net and compiled for x86.
That procedure will then create a WebService (WS) able to communicate with the PHP implementation.
