Dwg and Dxf to Svg Convert with c#

I am looking for a C# developer who can convert DWG and DXF files to SVG format for web development purposes. Any library or framework cannot be used for the conversion. The main requirement is batch conversion of the files. No additional features, such as user interface, are needed. Ideal skills and experience for this job include proficiency in C# and experience with file conversion.
