Drag and drop Web App

I want a web app created done in visual studio in either razor or blazor to show it can be done, all I want is 4 tables/list/containers that you can drop a row from one to the other 4 and takes it off the current list. this is a quick mock up i need done and provide all visual studio project so i can continue on it.
