Dotnet core with unit testing and angular experience

Hi All, I'm looking for some one who is good experience in dotnet/dotnet core with good experience in unit testing and angular experience. it's agile methodology support need on average 2 hours/per day and 10 hours per week. i can do payment on monthly/bi monthly. the budget i have 20k. slightly negotiable.
