Document Management System (Arabic)

Hello, everyone, I need someone who can speak Arabic only for this project.
Document Management System program will have a database stored on a server and the program will be installed on their PC`s and will have:-
1- log in and log out
2- the main window will have an insert document button from the feeder of the scanner or from flatbed or
browse the folders of his PC which he inserts multiple documents either from the scanner or from browsing
the folders
3- search button to search for documents it will have 2 kinds of general search and advanced search
4- edit, delete and download buttons
5- it will have fields to fill by the user the doc number, doc type, doc date, doc subject, doc sender or receiver and
notes and will be attached to the document he uploaded also the first uploaded document will be shown on
his window by image viewer inside the program
6- the database will store only the file path of files and the files will be images or pdf or doc also the program
can access the database which will be stored on the server
5- the users can access the database at the same time and can do changes without any query or delay
7- all the files entered by the user and stored on a specific folder, this folder will be uploaded to the server after
he closes the program at a cretin time
8-there be an admin window from it he can see how many active users and time of access what are the
changes that have been made to the documents also he can restore deleted documents and he can create
Divisions and Departments and assign people to it so there will be a privacy control and will be controlled by
the admin and he gives permissions which will include read-only or read and write
