Document Management System
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
We are a small trading company using local Net runing under Windows 7 system.
We get a lot of documents a day from several sides (most pdf files, also email text)
Do make this more paperless we are searching for a document file handling system.
We suggest following work flow:
1.) User open document
2.) user read and decide to take into account
3.) user press a short key (or any TSR app)
4.) user edit Referenc Number + Name of sender + status
5.) file will be stored in a specific folder with referenc number, path is pre defined (for instance w://project/)
6.) in a database a new record will be added and filled
User can browse database and filter ....
User can open files from database browser and read files
User can set file status from pending to closed
app should run in a local network, stored in central harddisc.
