Docker Setup for C# Desktop App

I'm seeking assistance to set up Docker containers for multiple applications on my local machine using Docker Desktop. One of these applications, a C# desktop app, needs to connect to a local SQL Server 2016 database but is currently failing to do so.

Requirements:
- Set up Docker containers for each application
- Ensure the C# desktop application can connect to the local SQL Server 2016 database and create the database context

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Docker
