Digital Chit Fund Platform Development
Budget: ₹5,000,000 – ₹0 INR
I have a working prototype hosted at https://chitflow-pro-20260429221704.vercel.app and now need it turned into a production-ready digital chit-fund / financial-management platform. The core of the build revolves around three inseparable pillars: robust user account management, full-cycle chit fund management, and crystal-clear transaction tracking.
Here is what matters most to me:
• User account management must support signup, KYC onboarding, role-based permissions, two-factor authentication, and a self-service profile area.
• Chit fund management should allow creation of multiple chits, automated bidding/lot draw logic, schedule enforcement, and an admin override panel.
• Transaction tracking has to capture every pledge, bid, payment, and payout, then surface that data in real-time dashboards and downloadable statements.
The current prototype already outlines basic screens, flows, and branding; you can reuse the UI or refine it for better responsiveness. Clean, modular code (React, Next.js, Node, or a comparable stack) is preferred so future features integrate smoothly. A PostgreSQL or MongoDB backend, protected by role-based access controls, would fit the scalability we expect. Integrating a mainstream payment gateway/API for deposits and payouts is essential.
Acceptance criteria for final delivery:
1. All three functional pillars are implemented end-to-end and pass UAT on staging.
2. Admin and member dashboards load in <2 s on a mid-tier mobile connection.
3. Every monetary event raises an auditable ledger entry and appears in the transaction logs.
4. Production deployment script and README make setup repeatable on a fresh VPS.
5. Source committed to a private Git repository under MIT-compatible licensing.
