Developing against webservices in C#, AVAILABLE ASAP (NOW) - Teacher.

I'm developing a solution in C#, and tax authorities have webservices that needs to be developed against. I do not have knowledge to do it so I need someone who can show me and teach me how to do it. The person should have willing to work through Anydesk and remotely so wee can talk together and I can show how this is done.

Documentation are in place but just on Icelandic so wee need to use Google Translate to translate it to englsih.
