Developer with experience in Voice SDK in ASP net

We have a asp net in MVC application in c#which we have voice interface currently with twilio Which is through local phone. We want only application to application voice SDK . however we are not finding any SDK in C# sharp and the interface is a problem since we are in C#
Do you have any experience in these issues
