C# Developer with OpenAI Integration
Budget: $10 – $35 USD
I need a seasoned C# developer well-versed in OpenAI and Semantic Kernel to build a console application that ingests a WebP video file of someone screen sharing their desktop and provides a text transcript describing in detail what the user is sharing on their video screen. We do not need audio transcription.
## Input:
WebP video file (We can provide a sample file if needed. Probably less than 10 minutes in length)
## Key Operations:
Use semantic kernel and Open AI to post-process the video and turn it into a text transcript that describes what they are sharing on their screen.
## Output:
Transcription of what the users is sharing on their computer screen.
## Technologies:
- Semantic Kernel (SDK for working with OpenAI)
- OpenAI
- C#
## Type of Authentication:
No authentication needed.
## Time:
We are looking for a simple demonstration app that takes no more than 10 hours spread over 3 or fewer days to build.
## Development Accounts or Resources:
Please create your own free Open API sandbox account then indicate in the Readme how we need to switch over to test on our accounts.
## Uploading code:
We will provide a GitHub repository for you to store your code. Please try to keep the solutions small and lightweight.
