C# Developer for Screen Capture Prevention App

I'm in need of a proficient C# developer with experience in Windows application development. The primary task for this project is to create a Windows desktop application that prevents screen capture.
There's a WinForm project that we are working on, so we need you to add the following screen capture prevention feature of browser to the existing source code.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in C# development especially Winform applications
- Ability to implement screen capture prevention libraries
- Prevent a screen capture of a web browser content using a shortcut 'Print screen' key
- Prevent a screen capture of a web browser content using Windows screen capture programs
- A proven track record with similar projects
- The browser can be Chrome, Edge or other browsers
- Support for Windows 10 and Windows 11
