C# Developer for Real Estate Investment Platform
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are looking for an experienced C# developer to help us develop a web scraper for our real estate investment platform. The scraper will be used to scrape off-plan property data from various sources and store the scraped data in an Azure database. The goal of this project is to provide our users with the latest off-plan properties and their details, so that they can make informed investment decisions.
The developer will be responsible for:
- Developing a web scraper using C# and Microsoft Azure Functions
- Storing the scraped data in an Azure database
- Ensuring that the scraper is able to handle large amounts of data
- Collaborating with the rest of the development team to integrate the scraper with the rest of the platform
The ideal candidate should have:
- At least 3 years of experience in C# development
- Experience with web scraping and data storage using Azure
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with agile scrum methodology
- A good understanding of the real estate industry is a plus
The developer will be working on an agile scrum team, and should be comfortable with regular stand-ups, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.

We are looking for a freelancer who can provide an estimate for the project based on these requirements. While experience with frontend and data science is a plus, it is not required for this particular project. We will be using agile scrum methodology to manage the project.
