D365 Developer - Migration

We are looking for a developer to help support our efforts in customization of our new D365 ERP and CRM platform. We have customizations that need to be done and a tight deadline to go live that can't be missed. Looking for someone with the following knowledge/experience to hit the ground running!
X++ Experience – Experience in developing custom forms, workflows, Tables & entities.
Report creation/modifications for D365 F&O w/ Visual Studio
Experience in writing plugins, modifications (Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk) for D365 CE (Sales Hub)
Strong knowledge of C# and JavaScript
Experience with Devops, code repositories, change sets and Code Promotion using MS LCS
