I need a skilled developer to create a secure, enterprise-grade web application using JavaScript/React. This application will have user authentication via email and password and a role-based access control system catering to three types of users: Admin, Editor, and Viewer.

Key Components:
- User authentication with password reset and account recovery
- Role-based access control (RBAC) with multiple user roles and permissions
- Custom dashboard with drag-and-drop layout and real-time updates
- Workflow management system with state machine and conditional logic
- Advanced filtering and sorting capabilities for data visualization

Tech Stack:
- Front-end: React, Redux, and Material UI
- Back-end: .NET Core, C#, and SQL Server
- APIs: RESTful APIs using .NET Core Web API
