Develop sample program in C# to save data to Algorand blockchain

Hello, I need a very simple program, written in C# .NET Core, that saves some data to the Algorand blockchain. This sample program will be used by me to learn "how to do it", so that I can apply the same technique to a bigger program I'm developing (a program that creates invoices and save them to the blockchain so that I can be sure they won't be tampered).
What this program should do? At start it should create a simple object (with just a few properties, int, double, guid and string) and populate it with sample data. When I press a button it should store that data (maybe serializing it? Or maybe creating an hash and saving only that hash? I don't know) to the Algorand blockchain. When I press another button, it should retrieve the same data from the Algorand blockchain and compare it with the local copy I have, to discover if it was tampered or not.
I would need someone expert of the Algorand blockchain, who could also suggest the best way to do this (saving data and then verify if it was tampered). I'm a newbie of the blockchain technology.
