Develop A new golf simulator software and hardware

I am in need of a developer to create a new golf simulator software and hardware. My primary focus for this project is entertainment and gaming, but we also want a system that is very accurate. We want an overhead monitor(camera), an auto-tee system, and a software that allows golfers to find and create tournaments and competitions. To achieve this, I require custom hardware integration. My preferred platform for the golf simulator software is Windows. Ideal skills and experience for this job include expertise in software and hardware development, as well as knowledge in the gaming industry. The developer should also have experience in creating custom hardware integration and have a strong understanding of Windows operating systems.
