Develop Shift Management Software with C# Language .NET for Hafiz M

Develop a new module to input and manage employee shift into our existing attendance system. The new module need to connect to existing database(MS SQL SERVER), and connect to relevant table.
The current existing attendance system is a software that comes with off-the-rack attendance machine. We don't need to replace the whole system. What we are looking for is a better and more efficient way to input and manage employee's shift.
The existing available shift module from the current software require the administrator to input per person(interface by person), we are looking for better alternatives to this. Like instead only set the shift for one person, they can set the shift for multiple persons on multiple dates in one User Interface.
Another requirement is access. Existing software has no login whatsoever, and the user is able to access all the module. It is fine for the HR staff that manage employee attendance. But we would like to give access to branch manager to manage their branch employee shift.
As we are going to give access to manager of each branch to manages their staffs, we need to create a login for the new module. Upon login in, the user will be able to manage shift(using Shift Modules you developed), only for staff under their management(= same branch with the user login in a.k.a. branch manager).
We want a limitation on the data input for the shift as well. We want to prohibit the user to modify shift from the past date. They can only input shift for tomorrow and onward.
You will need to develop some basic SQL needed to complete the module.
I will elaborate more on what the existing software capable of, its structure, database structure,etc.
