Develop a Raid Protection Plugin for the video game Rust by Facepunch

I am looking for someone who can develop some type of Offline Raid Protection for my server. There exists a plugin already https://umod.org/plugins/raid-protection but unfortunately it doesn't work and the developer doesn't' seem to be fixing the issues reported on it. This is something I'd really love for my server as I am losing players who work long hours and do not have the time to simply stay logged in all day to protect their base. The plugin I give as an example has options for Offline protection and Online protection if you pay using an in game item called "scrap" I don't need the online protection part of the plugin; only the offline protection. I would also like if I could make the protection free instead of having to pay for it with the "scrap".
