Detailed Technical answers for 14 questions

I need the following 15 questions answered in detail:
1. Do you have at least 5 years' experience operating, integrating deploying customer resource management systems within an educational institution?
2. Do you have experience deploying fully integrated systems that can work with Microsoft Azure and automatically updating within a cloud environment without use of third-party applications?
3. Are you an Authorized Reseller or Partner with Microsoft?
4. Do you have experience with .NET, DevOps, C#, Microsoft Power Platform, building Model-Driven applications, application programmable interfaces (APIs) and Microsoft Graph?
5. Do you have experience migrating a relational database to Microsoft Dataverse and data modelling in databases using 1500 + tables?
6. The migration will likely take time and it’s possible funding could be disrupted. If the project is delayed, can the vendor model data migration, maintain being usable and accessible in both the old and new systems?
8. Do you have experience writing complex business logic data rules providing data integrity, and real-time business intelligence, and document generation in multiple exports formats?
9. Can the vendor model integrate and data interchange with external systems such as XML, JSON, and 3rd party systems?
10. Can the vendor model integrate with Department of Defense and Army systems such as iPERMS and IPPS-A?

I will provide past work that I have done to answer all of these question. I need someone who is IT technical and understands the work as some of the questions ask how something would be performed. I will provide attachments once I have accepted my candidate.
