Desktop App Customer Car maintenance history

When customer come to my service center , i write their car type , years , what i do on their car like change oil , brake services , etc , and can write notes ,
This is something like patient database from hospital , i have medical id number at hospital A , when i go there , they record what i do there at that day , and when i come again next week , they will record it again , and still have the data what i did 1 week before
But the final result will be : i print on the card , all i did before including last odometer and dates
for example :
Engine oil : Castrol Magnatec 10w40 , Last change Odo 30000, 2 January 2022
Transmisssion : Mobil multipurpose ATF , Last change Odo 45.000 , 5 Augusst 2022
Oil Filter : Last Change Odoo 30000 , 2 January 2022
