A web application and an android application for same purpose linked to same database.
Transactional SMS count with API will be provided by us, domain name will be provided from our side, whereas hosting server space, bandwidth and database shall be provided from your side.
All the code including designing in asp.net code, programming code in C#.net and Database using MSSQL server along with stored procedure be handed over to us at the end of agreement. {Above tech is preferred, but if you wish, you may use other frontend and backend also, but should handover the designing code, programming code and database (all stuff) to us.}
Payment schedule be like 20% advance, 30% on 1st demo, 50% on completion of project.
