Deploy Winform Desktop Application

I have inventory and accounting software i.e. winform desktop application. I have its source code and database I have to make msi file of that in such way that I should install that application on any windows pc. That software should be available as trail version. If software will have updates then it show notification to all my clients when client will have internet available.
Client will have application installed in the system with the database so no one should be able to see database tables and records and other details. Database should be protected on client machine.
If I miss something you can suggest.
Better if you will provide demo or else if you have any software which has these features.
