Debugging one C# Class (output mp3 files)【10 USD 1 Day】

The C# class is using NAudio (Audio and MIDI library for .NET)'s LameMP3FileWriter to output mp3 files.
There is a problem, and thus need help with debugging.
When mp3 files outputed, you are done.
You have to work remotely on my computer via AnyDesk.
