Debug and get fixed a signature generation program in .NET in c sharp

I am looking for a skilled .NET developer with experience in C# to debug and fix a signature generation program for a Web API. The current issue with the program is that it is throwing an error during execution.
The error is on getting the private key at statment var CertRsa = Certificate.PrivateKey as RSACryptoServiceProvider;
The error says "Error-Invalid provider type specified.\r\n"
