Debug Cryptography Application c# .net

We have a nearly working program except for a few errors. Ideally the program will encrypt information in column 29 of an excel spreadsheet file extension .xlsx. We will send the spreadsheet to client and client will decrypt using their key. The class is already written, we just need someone to figure out how to call it using buttons on WF.

Project is 90% completed.
