Debug Cryptography Application c# .net

Needing assistance to debug a windows application that is designed to encrypt certain information inside a .xlsx file to later be decrypted using a key. We are stuck with 3 errors and are unsure of how to resolve them. I have attached the files and test data. The application is built using c# with the .net framework.
