Datetime Conversion

I have a C#/Blazor application that reads in data from a database and displays it on a graph, one of the pieces of data it reads in is a Datetime and it is stored in the database in UTC and I need it to be converted to LocalTime every time a date is read in and the Localtime date displayed on the graph. There is a total of 7 files, it is working correctly on 5 files but I need assistance in adding the correct code to make it work for the last 2
